We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Support Worker who can adapt to working in a family home. Are you compassionate, patient, friendly and empathetic? You will join an established team of Support Workers providing high quality, bespoke, complex care and support to a man who sustained a high-level spinal injury over. We are seeking someone who not only cares passionately about delivering excellent care, but who thrives in an open and collaborative environment.

We welcome candidates with a holistic approach to care. You will have a calm, positive disposition and sense of humour. You will have the ability to work sensitively in the homecare environment and work harmoniously with our service user, his family and your colleagues.

Our customer requires 24-hour Live in shifts. He lives in purpose built adapted own home with his wife, son, dog and cats. He works full time from home and office, the carer will need to assist during work hours (catheter care). Duties required will also include housework.

In return, we will: Pay up to £1022 per week

You will be fully trained to undertake clinical tasks required. This is an opportunity to progress your career in care

Full training support in the below will be given:

• Spinal injury

• Complex moving and handling

• Catheter care

Essential

• Must be double vaccinated for COVID 19
